Jim Hosgood is a water systems specialist with the Penn State Facilities Engineering Institute (PSFEI). Hosgood has over 26 years of experience in drinking water and wastewater in operations, laboratory analysis, and consulting with plants ranging in size from 0.06 million gallons per day (MGD) package plants to 120 MGD plants. His work includes coordinating with Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Commonwealth) facility staff members to assist with their operations and provide advice and operations consultation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Mansfield University and is a Commonwealth certified water and wastewater treatment plant operator.
