Xuechao Chi

Xuechao “Chao” Chi is a programmer/analyst 4 with the Penn State Facilities Engineering Institute (PSFEI). Chi’s responsibilities include working on PSFEI’s custom software solutions to effectively support PSFEI staff and clients. Prior to joining PSFEI, Chi was employed as a senior software developer with Michael Baker International, where she worked on multiple federal and state projects. She is experienced in GIS web-based application and database development. Chi holds a master’s degree in geographic information science and planning from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
