W. Carey Ohl

W. Carey Ohl, P.E., is a Mechanical Engineer with the Penn State Facilities Engineering Institute (PSFEI). He is responsible for providing technical assistance to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) with issues related to the operation and maintenance of PennDOT facilities. Ohl is a registered Professional Engineer in the States of Pennsylvania, New York, and Ohio. He has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State. His experience includes many years in plant engineering, maintenance, power boilers, turbine generators, equipment reliability, and manufacturing. He has been issued five United States patents for his R&D work on electrical connection devices. Ohl joined PSFEI in 2001.
