Antonette Mitterando, P.E., RA, MBA, LEED AP BD+C, ProFM

Antonette Mitterando is an engineering manager with the Penn State Facilities Engineering Institute (PSFEI). She is responsible for providing leadership, day-to-day direction, and professional mentoring for PSFEI’s diverse team of mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineers, and support staff. She is also responsible for providing briefings, written reports and education presentations as part of short courses and workshops. Prior to joining PSFEI, Mitterando was employed as a managing member of Quality Alternatives Architecture & Engineering. She is a Subject Matter Expert for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) within the pharmaceutical and hospital regulated industries. Mitterando holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Rutgers University and a Master of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickenson. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey and Pennsylvania; a registered architect in New Jersey; and is LEED AP BD+C and ProFM certified.
