Mark Garlicki, P.E.

Mark Garlicki, P.E. is a water systems engineer with the Penn State Facilities Engineering Institute (PSFEI). With more than 28 years in the private engineering consulting business, Garlicki provides technical assistance to Commonwealth of Pennsylvania facilities for their drinking water, wastewater, and industrial water treatment application needs. His work includes coordinating with Commonwealth facility staff members to assist with their operations and provide advice and engineering consultation. Garlicki holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and a Master of Engineering in environmental engineering, both from Penn State. He is a licensed professional engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as an Envision Sustainability Professional with the Institute of Sustainable Infrastructure. Garlicki also serves as a student advisory board member for the Pennsylvania College of Technology.
