William Lash, P.E., MBA, LEED-AP, PMP

William Lash, P.E., MBA, LEED-AP, PMP is the Education Program Manager for the Penn State Facilities Engineering Institute (PSFEI). With more than 20 years of practical experience in project management, federal contracting, facilities management, and engineering design, Lash currently oversees all aspects of PSFEI’s Education Services. Prior to joining PSFEI, he was the North American Project Manager for AEG Power Solutions, a Principle Engineer for Jacobs Technology, and the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Program Manager for the Pittsburgh District of the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). Lash retired at the rank of Major from the United States Army, in which he served as both an Engineer and an Acquisition Officer.
