Thomas Churbock

Thomas Churbock, MBA, is an active partner in a health, safety, and environmental (HSE) consulting firm. He has over 38 years of HSE experience effectively identifying, managing, and abating risk across manufacturing and mining industries (site and corporate levels) and is a third-party safety consultant. His technical and leadership expertise involve development and implementation of written HSE management programs and standards, auditing methodologies with gap analysis, training curriculums, contractor/construction management systems, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance. During his career, Tom has led projects and successfully transformed traditional HSE cultures into sustainable, proactive cultures that promoted effective leadership, streamlined administration, encouraged meaningful involvement, academics, and improved hazard identification, evaluation, and control.
