Cecil Johnson

Cecil Johnson, MEQ/APC, is an instructor and service technician in the heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC-R) industry. He was the HVAC-R instructor at Dauphin County Technical School (Harrisburg, PA) for 35 years and an adjunct professor with the Harrisburg Area Community College for over 20 years. He developed specialized HVAC-R training programs for the US Air Force (Pacific Command) and has authored two books geared towards practical application and understanding of HVAC-R theory, and operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. He was a primary developer of the General Services Administration’s (GSA’s) and the Salvation Army’s facilities maintenance training programs.
