Isaac Sluga

Isaac Sluga is a Facility Condition Assessment Specialist with the Penn State Facilities Engineering Institute (PSFEI). His responsibilities include conducting facility condition assessments throughout Pennsylvania, reviewing building construction documents for regulatory and agency compliance, assisting agencies with development of building construction standards and interacting with skilled labor personnel, design professionals and facility administrators. Prior to joining PSFEI, Sluga was employed by the Centre Region Code Administration, where he conducted code inspections of regional healthcare facilities and new high-rise buildings in downtown State College. Sluga also aided in code inspections for the recently built State College Area High School. Sluga holds a number of Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code certifications including building inspector, electrical inspector, mechanical inspector, accessibility inspector/plans examiner and electrical plans examiner. He is also a certified building code official.
