Devin Pennebaker, C.E.P.

Devin Pennebaker, C.E.P. is the Energy Procurement Manager for the Penn State Facilities Engineering Institute (PSFEI), specializing in supply-side energy economics and the procurement of electricity and natural gas commodity for PSFEI’s clients. In addition to overseeing all electricity and natural gas procurement activities for over 10,000 client accounts, he manages the business requirements and works closely with PSFEI's IT manager to support PSFEI’s proprietary Energy Risk Management Application (ERMA). He also provides leadership, guidance, day-to-day direction, and professional mentoring to PSFEI’s energy management consultants and data analysts. He serves as a subject matter expert in the wholesale and retail energy markets. Pennebaker is a graduate of Penn State with a Bachelor of Science in Energy Business and Finance. He is a Certified Energy Procurement Professional through the Association of Energy Engineers.
