Kevin Dean, C.E.P.

Kevin Dean, C.E.P. is an Energy Management Consultant with the Penn State Facilities Engineering Institute (PSFEI). His responsibilities include managing the COSTARS electricity procurement service, administering peak load contribution management strategy, tariff analysis, utility bill auditing and cost recovery, and monitoring and tracking energy markets. With more than eight years of experience in the industry, his areas of expertise include procurement, cost reduction strategies, and bill auditing. Prior to joining PSFEI, Dean was employed by McNees, Wallace and Nurick. He is a graduate of Penn State with a Bachelor of Science in Energy Business and Finance.
