Christopher Bereznak is an electrical systems specialist. His responsibilities include system troubleshooting, performing preventative and predictive maintenance, investigating electrical distribution system emergencies, and ensuring all work performed is executed at the highest safety standards. He leads the department's safety committee and manages personal protective equipment needs and electrical equipment inventory and maintenance. Prior to joining PSFEI, Bereznak was employed by Innovative Electrical Testing & Construction (IETC)—Gannett Fleming Company, where he led the electrical testing department for preventative maintenance shutdowns and emergency service calls. Bereznak is a certified substation maintenance technician. He earned certifications in electrical safety for industrial facilities and substation maintenance I and II from AVO Training Institute, Inc. He also holds certifications in NFPA-70E arc flash electrical safety, OSHA 10 & 30-hour construction safety and health, national safety—confined space training, and holds a Level III master infrared thermography certification from the Infrared Training Center (ITC).
