Dakota Sinclair is an electrical field engineer with the Penn State Facilities Engineering Institute (PSFEI). Sinclair provides engineering support for electrical systems to PSFEI clients across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Sinclair’s responsibilities include design reviews of electrical projects, troubleshooting of electrical systems, and electrical preventative maintenance and testing. His areas of expertise include electrical distribution systems, lighting systems, and telecommunication systems. Prior to joining PSFEI, Sinclair was employed by H.F. Lenz Company, where he served as an electrical design engineer, designing electrical, lighting, and telecommunication systems for health care and business facilities. Sinclair earned a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Penn State. He is a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.
