Scott Tunnell, C.E.P. is an energy management consultant with the Penn State Facilities Engineering Institute (PSFEI). His responsibilities include assisting PSFEI clients with the procurement of natural gas and advising clients on natural gas market conditions, trends, regulatory activities, and utility rate and tariff rule changes. With more than 24 years of experience in the deregulated natural gas supply field, Tunnell brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the Energy Team. Prior to joining PSFEI, Tunnell was employed by Shipley Energy. His work history also includes positions with South Jersey Energy and CenterPoint Energy. Tunnell holds a bachelor’s degree from Colgate University. He is a Certified Energy Manager and Certified Energy Procurement Professional through the Association of Energy Engineers.
