Client Liaison: The single point of contact responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of all PSFEI project initiatives, scheduling, and coordination.

Contract Manager: Responsible for ensuring PSFEI meets contracted services and client expectations. Serves as the officer for contract renewals and modifications.
