Effective Facility Operations and Maintenance (EFOM)

The Effective Facility Operations and Maintenance (EFOM) course is a practical hands-on course designed to assist facilities personnel with managing their building maintenance program and operations and maintenance (O&M) contracts.

This course includes instruction on the best maintenance practices for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and elevator systems. Instructors will guide the participants through the maintenance requirements of specific pieces of equipment within the facility. 

Continuing education units and a certificate of completion will be awarded for 100% attendance and participation.
