Gwendy Bilger, Mastery of EnergyCAP, is an Energy Information Systems Analyst with the Penn State Facilities Engineering Institute (PSFEI). Her responsibilities include supporting PSFEI and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (COPA) clients. She is tasked with helping COPA clients extract value from using the EnergyCAP enterprise utility bill management software. With 30 years of experience working in the natural gas and electricity industry, Bilger has held positions as a software trainer and plant controller manager with Penn Fuel Gas and PPL Utilities. Prior to joining PSFEI, Bilger served as a financial analyst for Mount Nittany Physician Group in State College, Pennsylvania.
